LAKE THEALONICA - SOUTH BEACH - In a quiet area on the shores of Lake Thessaloniki - P2 of 30m², composed of a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob). A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. An 8m² loggia with a lovely view of Lake Thessaloniki. Private parking at the bottom of the building. Sleeps 4. Close to the Le Trident Shopping Center and the Quai d'Honneur and the beach. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
