In a secure residence with 2 swimming pools, on the 2nd floor, this P3 duplex cabin of 42m² with terrace and loggia, includes a bright living room with TV, air conditioning and wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven). A cabin with bunk bed at the entrance, a bathroom with WC and a loggia. Upstairs two bedrooms, one with a double bed 140cm and a single bunk bed 90cm, the 2nd with a double bed 140cm opening onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture. Furnished and equipped apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. 300m from the beach and close to the city center.
