LEFT BANK - In a secure residence on the 1st line with private parking, P2 type apartment of 30m² on the 3rd floor with elevator. Composed of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed and TV opening onto a loggia, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This P2 can accommodate up to 4 people. Access to the beach without crossing roads, close to the city center.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
