Composed of a bright living room with a built-in bed in 140 cm and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher), a cabin with bunk bed for 2 people in 90 cm, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Beautiful loggia of 11m² with a view of the sea. Secure shared parking. No road to cross to get to the beach. Close to shopping center, restaurants, nautical activities and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
