Composed of an air-conditioned living room with a built-in bed in 140cm and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking lacquer), a cabin, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Secure shared parking. No road to cross to get to the beach. Close to shopping center, restaurants, nautical activities and public transport. Furnished and equipped ideal for a couple. Pets not allowed.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
