Living room of 41m² opening onto the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool, a bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboards, a bedroom with 1 double bed and cupboards. Bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: shower room, separate toilet, a bedroom with a large cupboard and a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboards. The 2 bedrooms open onto a 10m² outdoor terrace. Air conditioning in each bedroom except one with fan. 2 indoor parking spaces and 1 outdoor parking space.
