LE GRAU VILLAGE - In a typically Mediterranean atmosphere, house in co-ownership, 3 rooms on one level of approximately 60M² where all the rooms are large open onto the patio; bathroom with corner bathtub and window, separate WC. Each bedroom includes a closet + a double bed,
The kitchen includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living room has two single beds, and the dining area opens onto the patio through a large bay window, where it's pleasant to be around at any time of day. Private parking.
Beach and shops 5 minutes walk away.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach, shops, the town center for the southern market, boat trips and evening strolls, the funfair, and entertainment for young and old. Everything is there to ensure you have a great vacation.
A deposit of €400 by bank imprint will be requested before your stay.
