LE TRIANGLE Residence – Splendid 2-bedroom apartment with 3 terraces, located just steps from the seafront, with an elevator access to the 3rd and top floor. Recently renovated, this modern apartment offers optimal comfort.
It consists of a spacious living room equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning, opening onto a large, sunny terrace ideal for dining or breakfast. Each bedroom has its own terrace, one of which is glazed.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for 2 people, opening onto a loggia with a small lounge. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, also offering an outdoor terrace. The living room has a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 additional beds.
The apartment has a separate shower room and toilet, and is very bright.
Covered and secure parking is also available.
