ACCOMMODATION:
This 30 m² duplex apartment is located on the 5th and top floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the ground floor
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV
- a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and raclette set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The hopscotch track is located near the slope leading to Montchavin. A shuttle bus stop is directly accessible, providing easy access to the resort center. The north-facing apartments offer panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows ski-in/ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either by leaving from Montchavin or returning to the resort center. Parking is available near the residences.
