This 65 m², 2-star apartment is located on the 5th and top floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 8 people. It includes:

- a small shower (height 1.70m) with toilet and washbasin
On the ground floor
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and its TV
- a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

- a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, Senseo coffee maker and toaster.

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
The hopscotch track is located near the slope leading to Montchavin. A shuttle bus stop is directly accessible, providing easy access to the resort center. The north-facing apartments offer panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located on the edge of the forest, with its traditional architecture combining wood, stone and slate, it allows ski-in/ski-out access for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either by leaving from Montchavin or returning to the resort center. Parking is available near the residences.
