ACCOMMODATION:
This 42m² 3-room apartment is located on the 4th floor and is equipped for 7 people. It includes:
Upstairs
- a mezzanine with 1 sofa bed and 1 TV
- a bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 bunk bed (2x90cm)
- a shower with toilet
On the ground floor
- a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- a living room with 1 TV
- a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor fan, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

- separate toilet
The balcony with a view of the resort faces west. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and close to the resort center and shops. It offers magnificent views of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare and the ESF ski school. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered parking lots under the nearby Zig Zag and Traverse residences, which can be booked through us.
