This 39 m² apartment is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 5 people (3rd floor from the secondary entrance). It includes:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and a 3rd single bed above
- a living room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 pull-out sofa bed, 1 TV
- a kitchen with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
It overlooks Place des Commerces and faces west. The ski locker is located in the building.

THE RESIDENCE:
This large residence stretches across the Place des Commerces, making it ideally located in the resort center. It has underground parking, making it a good idea to reserve a space through us.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare and the ESF (French Ski School). Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered parking lots, which can be reserved through us.
