THE ACCOMMODATION
We've designed these 35 m² so that every corner is welcoming, intelligent and, above all, functional. The entire space is exclusively yours.
Private bedroom: A true sanctuary for rest. It features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe to unpack your suitcase and a door that isolates you from the rest of the house to guarantee you absolute silence, whether for sleeping soundly or for concentrating on your online meetings. We've prepared it for you with quality bedding and soft towels.
Living area: A bright and comfortable lounge that invites you to relax. It has a sofa bed, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three people if you come with company.
Fully equipped kitchen: Designed for everyday use. Whether you're preparing your morning coffee or cooking your favourite dinner, you have everything at hand: fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher and complete kitchenware. Plus, it has its own washing machine, a detail that's worth its weight in gold when you stay for a couple of weeks.
Bathroom: Spotless and complete, with a great shower and hairdryer.
Connectivity and comfort: Our great pride is the high-speed WiFi connection (our guests rate it a solid 10). Plus, you have a comfortable desk to work at and heating to keep you comfortable at any time of year.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD: MADRID'S MOST MODERN AND PEACEFUL
Las Tablas represents the new and thriving north of the capital. It is a neighbourhood of wide streets, green areas, modern and immaculate. Being the headquarters of Telefónica District and the major business campuses of the IBEX, if you're coming on business, it's very likely that your meetings will be just a pleasant ten-minute walk away.
But it's not all work: it's a neighbourhood full of life. Around you, you'll find supermarkets, gyms, shopping centres and a fantastic range of recently opened restaurants and cafés where you can have something on their terraces at the end of the day. And most importantly: at night, silence reigns. You really do sleep here, far from the hustle and bustle of the centre.
HOW TO GET AROUND: TOTAL CONNECTIVITY
You are excellently connected, both by public transport and by car:
Metro and Local Trains: You have Metro Line 10 (Las Tablas) just a step away, which takes you directly and without changes to key points such as Chamartín, Santiago Bernabéu stadium, Nuevos Ministerios, Plaza de España and Príncipe Pío. You also have Local Trains (Fuente de la Mora) and several bus lines.
By car: With your own garage, getting around is a pleasure. You have immediate access to the M-40, the A-1 and the M-607.
Points of interest: Chamartín station is 4.6 km away and IFEMA is just 8.3 km away. If you're arriving by plane, Terminal 4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is only 15-20 minutes by car. It's one of the best connected areas in all of Madrid.
BEFORE BOOKING
Check-in: From 15:00 to 00:00 (We know flights get delayed; if you arrive at an awkward time, write to us and we'll sort it out).
Check-out: Until 11:00.
House rules: We want to maintain a peaceful environment. Therefore, there is a quiet hours policy from 00:00 to 07:00, as this is a residential building where families live all year round. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
