Equipped with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and en-suite showers for each bedroom. Terrace - Interior courtyard under - Double closed garage. Private parking. Secure villa.
Accommodation: This superb, recently built house has 4 bedrooms, 300 m from the beach and the town centre, for 8 people: 6 adults and or 2 children (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), very comfortable (equipped kitchen, 4 shower and bathroom rooms, 2 separate toilets, etc.).
Located on the ground floor and 1st floor of a secure house, it has 5 beds divided into 3 double bedrooms (2 beds 160 and 1 in 140) and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 for children and or young teenagers, to spend a beautiful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A terrace overlooking the swimming pool of the house is at your disposal to enjoy the time of your stay. You can explore the place on foot.
Main room side:
The living room with large bay windows opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a raised swimming pool.
Kitchen side: open in a rounded shape on the main room, fully equipped (4 induction plates, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine * Senséo type pod coffee maker *, toaster and kettle) with a table for 10/12 people which will allow you to welcome your meals and guests. You will be able to share good meals with family and or friends. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the Sète rouille ... and meat side: the côte de taureau and the gardiane camarguaise! Take the time to discover the different vineyards whose specialty is: Organic sand wine. Grande Motte golf course 20 minutes away.

Location: Ideally located just a stone's throw from the beach, shops, restaurants, and the lively town center (Town Hall District). This villa is located on the left bank of the Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing by the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and the marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Port-Camargue is located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA Sailing School.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the promenade along the beach and watch the pink flamingos take flight over the expanses of water in the Camargue.
