The accommodation consists of a bedroom; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a very clean shower room; and a living room with a television. You will have at your disposal 2 convertible sofas as well as a single bed.
You will also have a furnished TERRACE, where you can enjoy your aperitifs on beautiful sunny days!
And to perfect your stay, the residence has a pleasant SWIMMING POOL!
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
The (simple) conditions are:
- Non-smoker
- No pets
- No festive evening
The cleaning fee includes: cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, welcome and key collection, linen (sheets and towels), and everything you need to start your stay with a clean toe (condiments, garbage bags, etc.). There are no other fees!
The accommodation is located close to several restaurants; and for your daily shopping, you will find a "U Express" supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
The city center is a 7-minute drive away, where you will find various bars, shops, and everything you might need on a daily basis!
You will ideally stay 9 minutes walk from North Beach.
