This apartment is located in a recent building in the style of old-fashioned chalets, located at the entrance to the village of Chinaillon/Grand-Bornand (La Place). It is 900m from the village center with its shops and restaurants and 100m from the nearest ski bus stop. The slopes are also 900m away (accessible by car or bus).
This luxurious and spacious apartment (92m²) can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a washer/dryer and a separate toilet.
The main living area consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a bay window and a French window on the south side of the apartment, which make this apartment very bright and give you access to a balcony. This balcony covers half of the apartment and faces south.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, extractor fan, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bright dining room has a large table and seating for 8 people. The living room has a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Internet access is available upon request.
The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a good condition (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.)
You will have the possibility to use the covered parking and a ski locker.
