The Envers apartment is located in Le Grand Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, just a 5-minute walk from the town center and a 10-minute drive from the slopes. This beautiful duplex apartment for 6 people with a garden is located in the "Chalet L'Everest" building.
This functional and comfortable apartment is designed in the traditional mountain style.
The living area on the ground floor is large and spacious and includes the dining room, living room and kitchen.
The comfortable living room has a TV with TNT channels and gives access to a large south-facing terrace/garden, which runs the entire length of the apartment. This wooden terrace, as well as the lawned area, is ideal for lounging in the sun with a breathtaking view of the village and its bell tower as well as the magnificent Aravis mountain range!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dryer, as well as a large dining table.
There are 2 bedrooms in total; one upstairs with 2 single beds (which can be pushed together or separated depending on use) and private shower room, and the other downstairs with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (they can also be pushed together or left separate depending on use) - which opens onto the terrace and garden via a French window.
The apartment also has a second bathroom and a separate toilet right next to the bedroom.
At the foot of the Everest chalet is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle that goes down to the village, or the one that goes up to Chinaillon, towards the slopes.
