6DID1 - Le Barcarès Village - 5-room villa with parking space (possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the driveway). Located in the Village, 200 m from the beach, equipped for 6 people.
You will be enchanted by its size and ideal location.
The villa features a direct entrance into the living room/lounge, a separate kitchen with a hob, microwave, a large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining room opens onto the garden and terrace.
Upstairs, one bedroom with two 90 cm beds + storage, two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and storage.
A bathroom with bathtub, sink and separate toilet.
Heating for winter.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over.
