Located on the ground floor with staircase, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a convertible sofa;
- a functional shower room;
- and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and practicality.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Iron, Fan, Coffee pod machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is well-appointed. It is located:

A strong identity, a renowned seaside resort... Le Barcarès has everything to seduce. Surrounded by a pond and the sea, this strip of land was abandoned until the 17th century. It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès had a major fishing port, and even shipyards where the famous Catalan barge was built. In the 1960s, real estate developers took over the coastline and made Barcarès a renowned seaside resort with the Lydia, beached on its beaches, as its symbol. This ocean liner, now converted into a museum, nightclub, and restaurant, is the fourth oldest ocean liner in existence in the world. The neighborhoods all have their own particular character, and you'll love immersing yourself in the atmosphere of each one. From the old village to the Grand Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give Barcarès a unique cachet.
