The apartment has a beautiful and very functional terrace, so you can have your meals facing the lake, in a relaxing setting.
Living room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, etc.); bathroom with washing machine and towel dryer; 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds and one with 2 single beds); a cabin area with pull-out sofa bed; separate WC.
You can use an outdoor shower when you return from swimming.

This residence is very popular with windsurfers because it directly overlooks the water, allowing them to enjoy the lake without constraints. From the apartments to the lake, it's just a short walk, so you can forget about the car.
A large parking lot is available to tenants, behind the residence (unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have:
- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25m swimming pool and a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season) and finally a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival; it is open from April to October.

2 km away (30 mins on foot), accessible via a tree-lined path, beautiful, long beaches await you.
Very close to your residence, just a few steps away, the BUENA VISTA restaurant awaits you: view of the marine lake beach.
In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Place de la Martinique.
