The main room as well as the bedroom are equipped with a ceiling fan.
A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outside, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the Cap Coudalère marina.
This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and has an exceptional view of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake.
For parking, you will have a private space in the car park located behind the residence.
As part of your rental, you will have:
- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25m swimming pool and a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season) and finally a water games area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival.

Near the marine lake beach and swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you year-round. From the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers perform with the Pyrenees as a backdrop.
On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children can play in complete safety with friends, since here, pedestrians are king and cars are confined outside.
In Coudalère, everything is planned for a family vacation: your children will enjoy the two play areas: one space on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one space, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the marine lake for the younger ones.
