Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this large, charming studio is located in a very quiet, gated residence. It includes:
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with a functional shower;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking:
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness as well as its beautiful view of the sea and the oyster park ("tamaris" oysters).
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Filter coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

La Seyne, the second largest town in the Var region in terms of population...
On February 7, 2008, the city was awarded the seaside resort and tourist label. It is part of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Urban Community.
The town has an SNCF train station, putting La Seyne a few minutes from Toulon by TER, 40 minutes from Marseille and around 2 hours from Nice.
The nearest airports are Toulon/Hyères and Le Castellet. Finally, the port welcomes several cruise ships throughout the year.
La Seyne's rich heritage bears witness to its shipbuilding activity. Michel Marius Pacha, a wealthy visionary, also settled in La Seyne. He gave the town a tourist orientation by building a casino and a hotel in the Tamaris district.
The town boasts several beaches, including the magnificent white sand beach of Les Sablettes. Activities abound: treetop adventure courses, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving... You'll be spoiled for choice!
