Ideal for your ski holidays with family or friends, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of the following type: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed (baby bed also available in the apartment). It also has a bathroom with Italian shower (separate WC), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
You will have access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL, which is open from June to September, and can enjoy the BALCONY, which provides direct access to the slopes and a kindergarten for younger guests.
You will find at your disposal during your stay: Dishwasher, Washing machine & Dryer, Coffee machine (filter), Refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and 2 Televisions.
The accommodation is located a 2-minute walk from a very pleasant little village shopping center (Pré-long shopping center) where you will find absolutely everything within easy reach: Sherpa, pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, tourist office, restaurants, bars, ski school, ski rental. You will also find a nice little cinema and a library!
Restaurants like La Marotte and Eau Petit Pont will introduce you to local specialties. There's even an excellent restaurant in the residence facing the pool, L'Equilibre, which will allow you to dine right up close!
You can enjoy the mountains and the snow and go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or even sledding. Also take advantage of the accommodation in the middle of summer, when the resort is popular with hikers, cyclists and everyone for its many sports and outdoor activities (mountain biking, rafting, fishing in the Clarée valley, etc.)
Professional cleaning will be carried out before and after each guest.

The town is located in the heart of the Guisane Valley, near the Ecrins National Park, in the Serre-Chevalier ski area. You'll discover a wonderful landscape during your skiing or hiking sessions, as well as a rich heritage, notably its Saint Marcellin church.
For ski lessons for younger children, the apartment is located right opposite the Children's Village (Club Piou-Piou) and the start of the Chazelay group lessons.
In the neighboring village of Monêtier-les-Bains, you can enjoy the famous thermal baths. Absolutely essential after a long day of skiing!
Finally, 15 minutes away by car, Briançon will welcome you with its famous Vauban city, its superb landscapes, its restaurants and its casino.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking area where you can park two cars. You can also park them at the foot of the building to load and unload your belongings, which is convenient! There is an elevator in the building, making it easy to transport luggage.
