My apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
It also has a BALCONY with outdoor furniture for dining, which will be very popular on beautiful sunny days.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You'll be a 10-minute drive from the city center. You'll find everything you need: restaurants, bars, shops, shopping centers, pharmacies, department stores, bakeries, pastry shops, fishmongers, chocolate shops, butchers, and more. For your daily shopping needs, there's a Carrefour Market supermarket a 9-minute walk away.
With the location of the accommodation, you can discover the city by visiting its tourist attractions such as: the Aquarium la Rochelle which is 6 minutes away by car, the Old Port 18 minutes away, the Tour de la Lanterne 19 minutes away, the Maritime Museum 4 minutes away, the Parc Charruyer 17 minutes away where you can go for bike rides and picnics by the water, the Globe de la francophonie 5 minutes away, the Casino Barrière 19 minutes away and the Canal de Marans 8 minutes away by car. In addition, you can't miss the Plage d'Aytre and the Aquatic Center which are 7 and 11 minutes away by car respectively.

After a stroll along the quays, visitors are invited to wander the pretty streets of the old town. Private mansions, Renaissance residences, and old half-timbered houses line the area. The various boutiques along the pedestrian streets and arcaded streets truly have something to satisfy shopaholics.
