This 49 m² 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 8 people. It includes:
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
- a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 TV, 1 Blu-ray player, 1 Xbox console
- a kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom with toilet included
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The terrace with direct access and views of the slopes faces south. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Clef is a residence bordering the Coches slope and close to the resort center and shops. It offers magnificent views of Les Arcs and Mont Pourri.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare and the ESF ski school. Numerous activities take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking is available in the covered parking lots under the nearby Zig Zag and Traverse residences, which can be booked through us.
