This holiday apartment in La Grande-Motte, close to the golf course, on the 1st floor of a residence with swimming pool and lift, is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family.
This cabin studio has everything you need, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. With a surface area of 27 m², the studio is suitable for up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children, the upper bed of the cabin bunk beds (with window) is not suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). There is a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a bathroom with toilet. A fan is located on the ceiling of the living room. You can enjoy the terrace with a blind to protect you from the sun. Friendly moments guaranteed.
In the early evening in summer, you can enjoy the flights of flamingos flying over the residence.
Free parking is available nearby. Smoking is permitted only outside.
Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included in the rental price but are available at an additional cost on site or by pre-order if required.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
