La Grande Motte beautiful 2-room cabin holiday apartment of 35 m² for 6 people with air conditioning, ideally located within the LES VILLEGIALES TEE1 residence. Located 2 steps from the Golf course and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator ensures you have an idyllic stay, a few minutes from the beach and shops. Its living room opens onto a beautiful and large terrace facing east in a quiet area.
You will find a sofa bed (140) and a flat-screen TV. In the bedroom, a 140 bed and storage cupboards. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). The bathroom with bathtub has a washing machine. The toilets are separate.
Outdoor swimming pool within the residence (Access to the swimming pool is subject to sanitary conditions allowing its opening. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence's management company or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation may then be claimed). Free public parking right next to the residence. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen, and bathroom linen are not included in the price.
