This functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.
Its living room opens onto a beautiful, large south-facing terrace.
It has a sofa bed and a double bed in the bedroom. It has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.

The cabin at the entrance has two single bunk beds, the top bunk not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995).
The bathroom has a shower with toilet.
A shared car park within the residence with numerous parking spaces will allow you to park your car underground.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you would like to add these services, please contact us.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
