Ideally located in a residence with a swimming pool, close to the Golf Course and the Port du Ponant, our functional and well-equipped apartment guarantees you an idyllic stay just minutes from the beach and shops. Its living room opens onto a large south-facing terrace and offers a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a coffee maker, as well as plenty of storage cupboards. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds, but please note that the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old (in accordance with Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The shower room and toilet are also available.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price, but you can contact us to add them as an option. A shared underground car park with plenty of parking spaces is available for safe and secure parking.

The swimming pool is open subject to health and safety regulations and the decisions of the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation will be claimed in the event of the pool closure.
