This wooden chalet, located at the foot of the Nordic ski slopes and a stone's throw from the chairlift, is located in a residential area composed of several chalets, on the edge of a forest and on the outskirts of the resort. Very comfortable and welcoming, it has a large terrace furnished with garden furniture and a plancha, offering a superb view of the Margériaz and the Belledonne mountain range. Independent, this chalet extends over two levels in souplex. On the upper floor (access on level ground via a footbridge), you will find a living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a balcony-terrace and a laundry room. On the ground floor, three bedrooms await you: one with a double bed of 180x200 cm, another with a double bed of 160x200 cm, and a third with four bunk beds of 90x190 cm. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this level. You can also enjoy the terrace and the surrounding grounds.
