In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and last floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Apartment located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from the center of La Clusaz and the departures of ESF lessons in Bossonnet. Access to the residence by an external staircase of 28 steps. Very beautiful view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Quiet. Shuttles 150 m away.
ENTRANCE with KITCHEN CORNER equipped: sink, 2 induction hobs, a mini oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker and capsules, raclette machine, units with all the necessary kitchenware,
BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, toilet.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 1 RAPIDO 2 PERS sofa (140), 2 bunk beds (80), television, bay window opening onto a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, wardrobe
