Studio on the ground floor of a 2-apartment chalet at the foot of the slopes, renovated in 2010, located 600 meters from the village center, in the place called Le Plan. On the green slope accessing the Bossonnet ski lifts (400 m) and connecting the entire ski area. Toboggan run near the chalet. Shuttles 50 m away.
LIVING ROOM: 16.66 m2 (tiled) 1 double bed (140), television, wardrobe, table, west-facing window, north-facing French window opening onto a courtyard,
BATHROOM: 3.41 m2, sink, shower, window, WC,
KITCHEN CORNER: 2.80 m2, sink, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge (120 L), extractor fan, washing machine, filter coffee maker, fondue set, units with all kitchen essentials.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Possibility to rent the upstairs apartment for 6 people, "Petit Lutin".
