The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an internal staircase, built in 1850, last renovated in 2015. It is located in the center, on the edge of a watercourse. Close to shops, 150 meters from the departures of alpine skiing (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also from the cross-country ski slopes (Beauregard cable car). Terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the chalet.

- Baby equipment: order and collect from Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (€50 to €150), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
