Magnificent 35 square meter accommodation located in La Clusaz.
ArrayWith an area of 35 square meters, it includes a bedroom with several storage spaces and can accommodate up to 4 people.
In addition, you will be absolutely won over by its pretty balcony which offers a sublime view of a wooded mountain range.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the apartment is a 3-star duplex.
It is located in a small, fully equipped condominium of 7 apartments. It includes:
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm beds with the possibility of joining them);
- a bathroom;
- Separate WC.
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a living room with a 140 cm convertible sofa for 2 people.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: ski locker, parking, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, etc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the accommodation's strong points is its location. It is located in a mountain setting with downhill and cross-country skiing, a golf course, a heated outdoor pool, a wellness area, hiking trails, and close to numerous bars and restaurants.
There is a free parking space in front of the Nant Soleil residence or in the individual garage. For your daily needs, you will find a Carrefour Montagne supermarket just a 4-minute drive away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:
- The Crêt Du Merle chairlift, 19 minutes on foot;
- La Clusaz Tourist Office, 20 minutes away;
- The Ice Rink Cable Car, 23 minutes away;
- Le Hameau des Alpes, 29 minutes away and many more.
