Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a living room with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- and a walk-in shower room.
The studio is charming, with a pretty balcony furnished with a table and chairs.
It is also highly valued for its location. It is located close to the beaches and near a bus stop (Palmiers - Annexe de mairie), as well as bars and restaurants.
At the foot of the building, the Lajarrige market is held every Tuesday and Saturday, offering residents the convenience of having shops close at hand.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: coffee machine: Tassimo, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, hair dryer, refrigerator, etc.

La Baule is a seaside resort located on the Atlantic coast, part of the Côte d'Amour region, between Le Iguen and Pornichet. The seaside resort developed in the 19th century, and its town center boasts remarkable architecture. The town hosts the famous La Baule Triathlon every year. Nearby are the Brière Regional Natural Park and the Medieval City of Guérande.
