I offer you a superb studio facing the beach, ideal for couples.
It is very well located at the intersection between the embankment and Avenue Charles de Gaulle, the city's main artery.
The apartment is in perfect condition and has a very large terrace with stunning sea views.
It consists of a main room with a large bed, a table and chairs, storage, and a TV. The kitchen is separate and very functional. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The residence has a parking lot with a few parking spaces but there is no parking space assigned to the apartment.
We are located in the most dynamic area of La Baule, very close to the shopping avenue and the market.
There you will find all the food shops, stores, bars, restaurants and a cinema.
The market is nearby and open every day.
It is entirely possible (and advisable) to do everything on foot.
To reach the apartment, I advise you to come by train because the station is very close (about 10 minutes on foot) and it is difficult to park for free in La Baule.
You can also come by car because there are parking spaces around the apartment but no spaces are reserved.
