Superb apartment with an ideal location close to all amenities that can accommodate families or friends for stays in Juan les Pins!

The apartment is located in the center of Juan les Pins, just a few minutes' walk from all amenities. It is located in a secure residence.
The apartment is on the floor of a residence with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage, separate toilet with small washbasin
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster) open to the living room with a dining table for 6 people.
- A living room with sofa bed and TV
- 6m2 balcony accessible from the living room with a small table for 2 people overlooking the street
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer with additional storage space for groceries
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140X200CM, a desk, a closet overlooking the private courtyard of the residence
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140X200CM, a desk, a closet overlooking the private courtyard of the residence
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, large mirror
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has internet access.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.

Right in the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches as well as nature reserves.
You're in a lively yet peaceful neighborhood. In summer, you can browse the shops, which open later in the evening so you can enjoy them after dinner. There are also private beaches with restaurants just steps from the apartment.
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Juan les Pins SNCF train station which is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is a 20-30 minute drive away.
The apartment is located on the floor with an elevator. The elevator is not wheelchair accessible.
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation depending on the number of travelers registered on your reservation.
A change of sheets or cleaning service is available during your stay. Don't hesitate to contact our team for a quote.
1 tea towel, 1 bath mat, 1 roll of toilet paper and soap samples are available upon arrival.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. However, dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of upon departure.
