Magnificent 48 square meter accommodation located in Hyères.
Array: 48 square meters in size, it offers a balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will certainly appreciate its proximity to the sea, just a 5-minute walk away.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: television, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi...
Be careful, the insulation does not prevent you from sometimes hearing the neighbors.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The apartment is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Port de l'Ayguade (Harbormaster's Office). You can enjoy lovely walks there and also have the option of parking your boat.
You will find the Ayguade Market a 3-minute walk away for your daily shopping needs.
