A haven of peace nestled in a quiet neighborhood east of the marine lake. This recently renovated Landes villa offers an ideal setting for a vacation in Hossegor. Situated on a beautiful 1500m² corner plot, enjoy its charming wooded garden and the possibility of parking up to 3 cars within the property. Inside, you will be charmed by its tasteful interior, combining comfort and elegance. The villa has free Wi-Fi and was rated 3 stars by the CDT in 2019.
The spacious living/dining room of approximately 45m² opens onto a sunny south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments and convivial meals thanks to the plancha. The kitchen, separated by a glass roof, of 17m² is fully equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom facing east, overlooking the garden, with two single beds and an adjoining dressing room. A shower room with a shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available.
Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom of 14m2 with 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom with double sink, bath and shower, separate toilet, a third dormitory bedroom under skylight with 2 single beds (90cm) and 2 bunk beds, as well as a fourth bedroom of 15m2 facing south with balcony and 2 single beds (90cm). An adjoining shower room with sink and shower as well as toilet complete this floor.
Villa PINKMARY offers a peaceful and relaxing environment with its wooded garden. Outside of peak season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday.
