The house stands out for its generous volumes.
The ground floor opens onto a spacious entrance leading to a living room, where the dining area and the lounge area (equipped with a television) are arranged around a bay window. The latter opens onto a beautiful west-facing terrace, equipped with an awning and a garden table, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.
The kitchen, located at the rear, is equipped for preparing your meals with: a refrigerator-freezer, a stove combining three gas burners and one electric burner, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Please note, however, that the barbecue is for decorative purposes only.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 90cm bed and a washbasin, as well as a shower room with a sink, shower, and washing machine. The toilet is separate.
Upstairs, the villa offers 4 bedrooms facing east and benefiting from direct access to the rear garden via French windows.
