Village house ideal for family holidays in Gruissan.
It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with television and fireplace, a separate equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a shower room, a covered courtyard of 12m² with barbecue and a sunny courtyard.
On the first floor; a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an office area.
On the second floor: A large bedroom with a 90 cm single bed and a large, private terrace.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room, the large bedroom and the office.
There are two parking spaces available, one in front of the house and one in the courtyard. There is also a cellar for storing bicycles, plenty of storage space, and a dual aspect.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer.
