The residence has a swimming pool with sea view. The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, it is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave. The main living room has a dining area and a lounge area with TV, sea view and direct access to the terrace from the living room kitchen.
A hallway leads to two bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a sea view and storage space.
A 15m² sea view terrace and a 50m² roof terrace with breathtaking views of Gruissan, the chalets, and Grazel beach. 2 parking spaces. Shared swimming pool.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
