Treat yourself to an enchanting getaway right on the water! Located directly on Port Grimaud beach, this fully renovated -floor apartment promises comfort and a change of scenery.
Upon entering, you will be charmed by its spacious and bright living room, opening onto a pleasant loggia offering a superb view of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
The sleeping area consists of:
- A double room with breathtaking views of the beach,
- A bedroom with two single beds, with its own bathroom with WC,
- A bedroom with bunk beds, with an extra bed ideal for children.
An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the set.
For optimal comfort, the rooms are air-conditioned.
With the beach at the foot of the building and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez as a backdrop, this accommodation is an invitation to relaxation and an unforgettable vacation.
Capacity: up to 7 people
NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
