5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a bathroom on the ground floor equipped with a toilet, for optimal comfort.
A large, fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
A bright living room with fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
A dining room open to the outdoors, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
A practical laundry room, equipped with a second refrigerator for added convenience.
Outside, a large green garden with a private swimming pool, for moments of relaxation under the Mediterranean sun.
Mooring is on request (provided you have booked at least two weeks in advance)
An outdoor storage room is also available for your beach gear and other equipment.
Two private parking spaces are located right in front of the house for your convenience.
NEW: Linens (bed linen and towels) are included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
