A very friendly house, ideal for spending holidays with family or friends.
This very spacious house on 4 levels is located in Port Grimaud 1, close to both the beach and shops.
At the entrance, a large terrace sheltered from view and an outdoor shower ideal for returning from the beach.
On the ground floor, a very large living room, a separate kitchen and a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with 2 single beds joined together and shower room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds joined together, a room converted into a laundry room, a shower room and a separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with 2 single beds joined together, a second bedroom with 2 single beds joined together, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 3rd floor, an extra bedroom with a single bed and its bathroom and a solarium offering a superb panoramic view with a glimpse of the sea.

On the canal side, a terrace with a barrier leads to a 15m mooring.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
