A house ideally located halfway between the beach and the shops.

At the entrance, a small garden ideal for leaving bicycles.
On 3 levels it is composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a bright living room and a separate kitchen
- on the 1st floor: a large bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom (bathtub) and separate WC
- on the 2nd floor: a large bedroom with double bed and balcony, a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds, and a bathroom (shower).

A south-facing terrace with a lovely view of the canals.
A 15m x 4m mooring.
A parking space in the residents' parking lot.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
