A comfortable house with sea view in a popular residential area
This beautiful, recently renovated fisherman's house is located in the private area of Port Grimaud 1.
It offers a very pretty view of the canals and the entrance to Port Grimaud.
On the street side, there is a large green space where children can play.
On the ground floor a living room and a kitchen.
On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room.
On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of joining them into a double bed) and a bathroom.
AIR CONDITIONING in 3 bedrooms.
Internet via 4G key limited to 40 GB/week.
A street-side terrace and a south-facing canal-side terrace.
Mooring 16m x 4.20m.
Numbered parking space.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals (only from 06/10/2023 to 09/30/2023) provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.
For reservations less than 7 days prior to arrival, linens will not be provided.

Additional information:
• Household linen is delivered in packs for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Beds can be set up at an additional cost.
• No exchange will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen packs can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Fees will apply for any additional person.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (except with written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on bank card upon arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
