🛌 The apartment has two sleeping accommodations: a large double bed in the bedroom, which opens onto a balcony, and two sofa beds in the living room.

📍 Located in a residential area, a 10-minute walk from the Grenoble Hypercentre, you will find everything you need nearby, shops (mini-market, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.), brasseries, cafes and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.
🚌 As for public transport, you can take advantage of the tram stop at the foot of the building to go to the train station, the city center, or the university campus.
🚗 You can find free parking around the building (take advantage of it)!

**✓Please note before booking:**
⚠️ There's a toilet problem in the apartment: it's easy to flush, but the unit is detached from the wall. We can't fix this problem at this time.
The hood is not functional.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).

🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
