As soon as you step through the doors, you'll be greeted by a majestic 30m² entrance hall adorned with refined architectural details. Let yourself be captivated by the elegant and welcoming atmosphere that permeates every corner of the villa.
This exceptional residence consists of four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
On the ground floor, two decorated bedrooms await you: one with a double bed and a private shower room, and the other with three children's beds, perfect for young guests.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms of over 20m2 offer you a haven of peace, with sumptuous king-size beds, work desks for those who need to stay connected, and private shower rooms too.
The spacious 60m² living room is the heart of the villa, with its high ceilings, large windows offering views of the lush garden, and ultra-comfortable, high-quality furnishings. It's the perfect place to relax with family or friends, whether in front of the television, reading in peace, or just relaxing.
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary paradise, featuring high-end appliances. The adjacent dining room, bathed in natural light, offers generous space for memorable meals with loved ones.
The 2,700m² garden is an oasis of tranquility, and is listed as a historical heritage site. You'll have the privilege of discovering its fascinating history. You can relax by the pool. The sunny terrace, equipped with comfortable deckchairs, elegant garden furniture, and a barbecue, is the perfect place to relax and recharge under the Côte d'Azur sun.
This villa is ideally located in the charming town of Grasse, famous for its captivating scents and historic heritage. Explore the picturesque streets, visit the town's famous perfumeries, or discover the exotic gardens for which Grasse is famous.
You will be ideally located 20 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Antibes and 35 minutes from Nice airport.
The Little History of the Villa:
The garden is part of a very large old Rothschild family estate, which until the early 20th century stretched across the eastern hills of the town of Grasse.
Alice de Rothschild (1847-1922) employed over 100 gardeners and began spending her winters on the French Riviera. In 1887, she purchased 100 hectares of land among the perfume fields of Grasse and began building a house and one of the most ostentatious and extravagant gardens ever seen.
It had many exotic plants, palm trees, cacti, aloes, etc., many of which are still in the villa's garden, as well as the water basin from the same period.
In April 1891, Queen Victoria came to Grasse, one of the main reasons for her visit to Grasse was to visit the extensive Alice de Rothschild Gardens.
As is British tradition, Queen Victoria was invited to plant a tree in the Rothschild Gardens.
Napoleon also had his meeting with Josephine, his wife, in the garden where you will spend your beautiful vacation.
This is why the property is named "LA PAGERIE", after the plantation of Joséphine's parents on the island of Martinique.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over at the property's address from 4 p.m.

Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
