"LE PORTILLO" is located in the heart of Gourette, number 40 on the resort map, 150m from the ski slopes and 100m from the shops. The residence is equipped with: a private indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, a whirlpool, a gym, a lounge, a games room, elevators, collective heating and hot water, ski lockers, a bicycle garage, two underground paid parking spaces and Wi-Fi.
3-room apartment equipped and furnished for 6/8 people, 61m², South-West facing, view of the slopes and resort, on the 2nd floor with terrace.
Entrance: mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Shower room: shower, sink, WC and hairdryer. Living room: double sofa bed (160 cm), television. American kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor.
Bathroom: bathtub, sink and toilet. Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, television, valley view. Bedroom 2: 2 80 cm beds with residence view.
NON-SMOKING. SHEETS PROVIDED. Additional charge: tourist tax. Pets accepted for a fee. Optional: RESTAURANT packages (breakfast, dinner, half-board), towels, daily and departure cleaning, early arrival, late departure. In winter: SKILOC equipment rental, SKIPASS ski lifts, SKIPLUSS equipment + pass.
The aquatic facilities (swimming pool, whirlpool, are open in winter from the Christmas holidays until the resort closes, in summer from 01/07 to 15/09.
